Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to actually love what lands at your door, pockets and all. If something’s off, size, style, or you’ve just changed your mind, we’ve got you. Here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work at Pocket Dress.

Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered. Requests made after this window can’t be processed, so it’s best to try your outfit on as soon as it arrives.

Condition for Returns
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and the original packaging intact. Items returned without tags, or that show signs of wear, won’t qualify.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
There’s no separate returns portal yet, so getting started is simple:
1. Email us at hello.pocketdress@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +917303020080 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason (wrong size, changed your mind, damaged or wrong item received, etc.).
3. We’ll confirm your request and arrange a free reverse pickup, no cost to you.
4. Pack the item back in its original packaging with the tags attached, and keep a copy of your invoice handy for the pickup.

Refunds
Once we receive the item back and it clears a quick quality check, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. There’s no store credit or voucher involved; your money goes back exactly the way you paid.

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour instead of a refund? Just let us know when you reach out. Once we’ve picked up the original item, we’ll dispatch the replacement. If the new item costs more, we’ll share a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

If the Pickup Doesn’t Happen
If our courier partner misses your scheduled pickup, message us at hello.pocketdress@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7303020080 and we’ll get it rescheduled.
