Shipping Policy

At Pocket Dress, the wait between hitting “buy” and your outfit landing on your doorstep is the hardest part of shopping online. Here’s exactly how our shipping works, so there are no surprises.

Where We Deliver
We currently ship only within India. We don’t offer international shipping at this time, so if you’re ordering from outside India, we’re not able to fulfil that order yet.

Order Processing Time
Every order is packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of being placed. During sales or high-demand launches, dispatch may take slightly longer, and we’ll keep you posted if that happens.

Shipping Charges
Orders of ₹1,299 and above: shipped free, no codes or conditions needed. Orders below ₹1,299: a flat shipping fee of 49 applies.

Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your order is handed over to our delivery partners — Shiprocket, Ekart, or iThink Logistics — whichever gets it to you fastest. Delivery time depends on where you’re located. Metro cities are usually quicker, while more remote pin codes can take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order ships, so you always know where it is.

Delays
We Can’t Control Once your order leaves our hands, weather, regional disruptions, or courier-side issues can occasionally push delivery back. We’ll flag anything unusual as soon as we know, but these delays sit with our courier partners and are outside our control.
