Order and purchase information: the products you buy, your order history, order value, and delivery status. 

Payment information: we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details. Payments are processed directly through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under their own security standards. 

Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser type, device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Communication information: any messages, emails, or support conversations you have with our team.

How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
• Process and dispatch your orders 
• Process payments and prevent payment fraud
• Share order and delivery updates, including tracking information
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Send you marketing updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, only if you’ve opted in, and you can opt out at any time

Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with the partners who help us run Pocket Dress, and only for the purposes listed above:

• Razorpay, to process your payment securely
• Shiprocket, Ekart, and iThink Logistics, to deliver your order to you
• Google Analytics and Meta, to understand website traffic and run our advertising

Some of these partners, such as Google and Meta, may process data on servers located outside India. We work only with partners who maintain reasonable security standards for handling your data. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your personal data for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, such as completing your order, handling returns, or meeting our legal and tax recordkeeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights

• Correct any information that is inaccurate or outdated
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time
